PRI and T1 circuits generally take 20 to 30 business days from the time you order the circuit to when it is delivered. This delay can cripple a company. We aim to make this transition seamless. We accommodate after-hour installs in order to make the transition smooth and transparent. We even ensure all your critical lines are brought over (LNP) as part of our audit.
Installation Management
When an accord has been struck, PhoneAll interfaces with your existing vendors and carriers. This means you don’t have to waste your time managing the process. If the provider does not extend the circuits, we have the capability to do this for you! After the installation, we verify that you are receiving the services you ordered for the rates you agreed upon. We offer you our continued support through any moves, additions, or other changes as well as assist you in any troubleshooting that may be necessary.
